Payment and Refunds

• Service fees must be paid before starting the project. We reserve the right to dismiss a researcher at any time if payment is not received.

• A timeline will be provided for delivering required documents and we will adhere to it.

• Researchers will be informed of all documents they will receive before starting. It is the researcher's responsibility to request this if not provided.

• Research will be published in reputable, accredited medical journals.

• We hold no obligations outside our direct services. Researchers are responsible for any legal implications.

• Refunds are only available for services not yet rendered. Once published, no refunds will be provided.

• Withdrawal within 48 hours of purchase will receive a full refund.

• Withdrawal within 3 days will incur a 50% service fee. Additional fees up to 75% may apply based on work completed.

• Withdrawal after 6 days will not be eligible for any refund.

• Refunds will be issued within 30 business days. No claims will be accepted before then.

• Refund eligibility is contingent upon proof provided and at the discretion of our team.
